Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end creative initiatives from concept through print production and install. You will own workback schedules, trackers, and status reports, coordinating design work to ensure on-time, on-brand deliverables.

You’ll partner with Account, Creative, and Operations teams, flag risks early, and protect the creative team's focus to keep work ships on schedule and to standard.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Proactive ability to follow the crumbs and clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Demonstrated strength with detailed record keeping for multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong command of workback schedules and deadlines.
• Confident coordinating creative work and communicating status across Creative, Account, and Production.
• Sharp organizational judgment to spot risks and blockers early.
• Preferred: experience in a top-tier creative agency or in-house marketing; hands-on experience with fabrication or print production.

Responsibilities

• Own master workback schedules (internal and client-facing) with key dates and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design counterparts to ensure deadlines are clear and met.
• Keep deadlines accurate and current across internal and client docs as timelines shift.
• Maintain centralized tracker/dashboard as the single source of truth for project health.
• Drive internal accountability with regular status reports and updates.
• Keep the Creative Director and Creative Services Manager informed on project health.
• Coordinate and manage all design requests from Account and Production, prioritizing by timeline and urgency.
• Flag risks or blockers early to the Creative and Account Director and propose solutions.
