Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end creative initiatives from concept through print production and install. You will own workback schedules, trackers, and status reporting, coordinating design work so requests reach the right people at the right time.

You’ll flag risks early and protect the team’s focus to ensure on-time delivery. In collaboration with Account, Creative and Operations teams, you will manage multiple concurrent projects,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, track milestones and communicate status clearly.
• Experience coordinating design work with account, production and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the master workback schedules and ensure deadlines are aligned across teams.
• Coordinate design work so requests reach the right people on time.
• Maintain centralized trackers and dashboards as the single source of truth for project health.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate risks early to protect the team’s focus.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account and Production to plan resourcing and next deliverables.
• Track scope and hours against plan and flag potential overages to the Creative Service Manager.
