Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative initiatives—from concept and design approval through print production and install. You’ll own workback schedules, trackers, and status reporting to give teams a clear view of deadlines and deliverables.

You will coordinate design work across Account, Creative, and Operations, proactively flag risks, maintain a single source of truth for project health, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Demonstrated ability to keep extensive records for multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong command of workback schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the master workback schedules and trackers across internal and client-facing work.
• Coordinate design requests from Account and Production to align with timelines.
• Flag risks early and maintain ongoing status updates for project health.
• Communicate with Creative Director and team on project status and blockers.
• Support resourcing by monitoring team bandwidth and availability.
