Job summary

Manifold—a division of Lyft—is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end creative initiatives from concept through print production and install. You’ll own workback schedules, track progress, and coordinate design work to keep deliverables on time and on standard.

You will partner with Account, Creative, and Operations teams to flag risks early and protect the creative team's focus, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in‑house creative team.
• Demonstrated strength with detailed record keeping for multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong command of workback schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own master workback schedules (internal and client-facing) and keep them aligned across teams.
• Coordinate design work so deadlines and deliverables are clear and met.
• Maintain centralized tracker and dashboard as the single source of truth for project health.
• Drive regular status communications and keep timelines current in status meetings.
• Inform Creative Director and Creative Services Manager on overall project health.
• Coordinate and manage all design requests from Account and Production, prioritizing by timeline and urgency.
