Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks a Creative Project Manager to own end-to-end creative programs from concept through print and install. You will manage workback schedules, trackers, and status reporting, coordinating design work so tasks reach the right people at the right time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong record-keeping for multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent command of workback schedules and deadlines.
• Confident coordinating creative work and communicating status across Creative, Account, and Production.

Responsibilities

• Own master workback schedules and trackers for internal and client work.
• Coordinate design deadlines and deliverables with design teams.
• Maintain accurate timelines across all documents as timelines shift.
• Manage a centralized tracker with deliverables, deadlines, and status updates.
• Communicate project health and progress in weekly status meetings.
• Keep Creative Director and Creative Services Manager informed on overall project health.
• Coordinate and manage all design requests from Account and Production by priority.
• Flag risks or blockers and communicate with Creative and Account Directors.
