Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is seeking an Operations Associate on our Coverage team. This remote, full-time role owns a live book of court hearings, negotiating fees in real time and keeping hearings on track while protecting margins.

You’ll work by phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage, onboard new attorneys, and update clients with hearing status. A high-volume, metrics-driven environment rewards focus and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with multiple items to manage.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on deadlines by contacting attorneys via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status and maintain data accuracy.
