Docketly is seeking an Operations Associate to manage live court hearing coverage on a remote, full-time basis. You will negotiate in real time, coordinate with attorneys, and keep clients updated while protecting margins.

Based on experience, you’ll start with a strong focus on closing hearings quickly, triaging a fast-moving pipeline, and onboarding new attorneys. This role is on-site in Longmont or remote depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized with multiple open items managed at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline.
• Own a portfolio of open hearings and work them daily by phone, text, and email to get the right attorney committed before the hearing date.
• Negotiate fees in real time.
• Hold your position on price, handle counteroffers, and extend offers when needed while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Explain your reasoning clearly to your team.
• Onboard and support attorneys as their go-to contact.
• Update law firms on hearing status to build trust.
• Log activity and keep your pipeline accurate.
