Docketly, a fast-growing legal-tech team, seeks an Operations Associate to manage live hearing coverage from a remote location. You will negotiate fees, coordinate with attorneys by phone, text, and email, and keep hearings on track while protecting margins.

This is a full-time remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule. You'll work in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment, ensuring clean data and timely updates to clients as hearings move through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized with multiple open items.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by calling, texting, and emailing attorneys.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and explain decisions clearly.
• Manage last-minute changes and urgent coverage gaps.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be the go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status.
• Log activity, verify assignments, and keep data clean.
• Identify recurring gaps and share ideas in team huddles.
