This position emphasizes rapid decision-making, data integrity, and strong communication with attorneys and law firms. You’ll work with a coverage-operations team, handling onboarding, scheduling, and daily huddles to improve outcomes and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Strong organization and multitasking under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Secure coverage on a deadline by calling, texting, and emailing attorneys.
• Negotiate fees in real time and protect margin.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated and maintain clean records in CRM.
• Prioritize hearings and manage a fast-moving pipeline.
