Job summary

Axon is hiring a Dedrone Professional Service Manager to drive post-sale deployments of security solutions across US-based customers. You will coordinate with Axon Air and Dedrone teams, lead pre- and post-deployment activities, and ensure measurable impact on agency operations.

You’ll travel up to 70% domestically, deliver technical trainings, and align stakeholders from executives to field staff, building long-term customer success with a white-glove approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, Deployment).
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments.
• Strong drone systems, airspace mgmt, RF sensing knowledge desired.
• IP networking basics and command-line proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments and post-sales execution with primary contact role.
• Deliver role-based training to drone teams and IT staff.
• Guide customers in creating workflows integrating Dedrone and Axon tech.
• Coordinate third-party training and integration vendors.
• Perform site assessments and maintain deployment documentation.
