You will drive pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Sales and Accounts teams, manage subcontractors, and contribute to practice strategy and enablement, traveling up to 20% across North America.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources.
• Experience driving Cortex Cloud deployment or upgrade engagements across CSPM/CWPP/AppSec/Cortex Cloud Automation.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC environments, IR, CS Controls, SOAR, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, orchestration, AppSec, and CI/CD DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and tools like SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite; travel up to 20% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ multi-disciplined consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting and automation packages.
• Maintain project milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high CSAT.
• Onboard, train, and manage third-party partners and contractors; ensure internal quality standards.
