Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in the United States seeks an experienced leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive business growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining project milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Qualifications

• Leadership and management of 10+ consultants.
• Experience delivering Cortex Cloud deployments and CSPM/CWPP.
• Security & operations domain knowledge.
• Cloud & DevOps across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and SFDC/Clarizen/G-Suite.
• Education and travel up to 20%.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10-15+ multi-disciplined consultants, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting and automation packages.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues and safeguard timelines.
• Onboard, train, and manage third-party partners and contractors.
• Collaborate with the PMO on project planning and new service offering operationalization.
