Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant Lead to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite. You will drive growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while ensuring milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT.

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ technical resources and delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
Strong knowledge of SOC environments, incident response, and threat mitigation.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, orchestration, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity planning, and performance management.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, and related workstreams.
Partner with Sales to scope engagements, create SOWs, and estimate LOEs for consulting packages.
Maintain client relationships and serve as escalation point for complex issues to protect timelines.
Onboard and manage third-party partners and contractors while enforcing quality standards.
Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and develop new service offerings.
