Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Services leader to oversee a large team of technical consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while ensuring project milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high CSAT. This remote role collaborates across geographies and may require up to 20% travel across North America.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience: 2+ years managing teams of 10+ resources; 5+ years delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Security & Operations domain: SOC environments, incident response, security controls, threat mitigation.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization, orchestration, AppSec, CI/CD.
• Product & Systems: Familiarity with Cortex product suite; SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite.
• Education & Travel: Degree; ability to travel up to 20% across North America.
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 10-15+ consultants and subcontractors; manage hiring, development, capacity, and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, and related workstreams.
• Partner with Sales/Accounts to scope engagements, create SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting/automation packages.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues; safeguard timelines.
• Onboard/train third-party partners; integrate external talent while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and develop new service offerings.
