Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive business growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high CSAT. Remote role with cross-geography collaboration; travel up to 20% across North America.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources and 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Deep knowledge of SOC environments, incident response practices, security controls and threat mitigation.
• Hands-on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, orchestration, AppSec and CI/CD DevOps.
• Familiar with Cortex product suite; proficient with SFDC, Clarizen and G‑Suite.
• Bachelor/Master degree; willingness to travel up to 20% in North America.
• Certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCSP or CISM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors, including hiring, coaching, capacity planning and performance reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, cloud posture and automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, build SOWs, estimate LOEs and propose consulting packages.
• Manage client relationships, escalation handling, and ensure project milestones and CSAT targets are met.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners; enforce internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO on project planning, new service offerings, and internal training content.
