Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite. You will drive business growth by leading pre‑sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT.

Qualifications

2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources.
5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
Experience leading government engagements and knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants, including hiring and promotions.
Oversee end-to-end service across SOC, Endpoint, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation.
Partner with Sales to scope engagements and create SOWs.
Build strategic client relationships and manage escalations.
Onboard and manage third-party partners and contractors.
Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and develop training content.
