Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources.
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience delivering Cortex Cloud deployment or upgrade engagements.
• Strong knowledge of SOC, incident response, and cloud security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across Cortex-related workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, create SOWs, and estimate LOEs.
• Manage client escalations and safeguard project timelines.
• Onboard and coordinate third-party partners to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and develop new service offerings.
