CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market segment.

This role drives revenue growth, coaches sales talent, and builds a high-performing team. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Executives, forecast pipeline, and partner with internal teams to improve close rates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology (SaaS or cybersecurity).
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike's value.
