This role is remote with one in-office day weekly for team building and alignment, providing coaching, pipeline development, and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of software sales experience, 1+ year frontline management, and a proven track record of meeting quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience generating net new business for a technology company (SaaS and/or security).
• 1+ years of frontline sales management with quota attainment history.
• Experience hiring and scaling in a fast-changing environment.
• Channel sales experience.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6–10 Corporate Account Executives.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with leadership visibility.
• Grow team pipeline and improve close rates with internal collaboration.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Executives.
• Meet with customers to understand security needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike value.
