Equip is looking for a proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 120-day, 40-hour-per-week contract. You will manage complex interview schedules across time zones, serve as the primary candidate liaison, and maintain meticulous ATS records to support a fast-paced hiring process.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar, proficiency with ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination or similar
• Proficient with modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever)
• Experience improving scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a service mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
• Passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience and collaboration
