Job summary

insitro is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-month contract, based in South San Francisco, with an in-person hybrid schedule of two to three days per week. You will own scheduling, travel coordination, and onboarding support while partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers across the company.

The role requires 2+ years in recruiting coordination, experience with ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
Experience managing multiple interview events on a calendar.
Experience scheduling executive-level interviews with Executive Assistants.
Hands-on experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever and tools for scheduling, JD building, or data visualization.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end interview scheduling and related meetings for a high volume of candidates.
Manage onsite/offsite candidate meetings from start to finish.
Coordinate candidate travel and process expense reimbursements quickly and accurately.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and selection teams to solve day-to-day needs.
