You will maintain candidate records in the ATS and help improve scheduling workflows while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Proven track record of scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a service-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
• A passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Candidate Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey.
• Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.
