Job summary

Procore is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract to streamline interview processes and enhance the candidate experience. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule interviews across multiple time zones and ensure candidates have the most up-to-date information.

The role reports to the Manager, Candidate Experience and is based remotely near Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar in Recruiting.
• Respect for confidential information.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about people, networks, and technology.
• Intrinsic drive for success and growth.
• Team-oriented and optimistic by nature.
• Experience using scheduling software (GoodTime preferred).
• Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate interview experience across multiple time zones and ensure candidates are prepared with up-to-date details.
• Distribute information to the hiring team and coordinate scheduling.
• Develop a strong partnership with Recruiters and interviewers.
• Utilize ATS and scheduling tools to maintain an efficient interview process.
• Support special projects as needed.
