Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to help coordinate and support the recruitment process across multiple offices in the United States. You will manage interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications, while ensuring a smooth, guest-friendly experience for applicants.

You will use Ashby and other recruiting tools to stay organized, support multiple functions, and help keep the recruiting team on track with high-volume scheduling and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced recruiting coordinator role.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and hosting candidates.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professionalism and friendliness.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for candidates; schedule and manage interviews.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations when needed.
• Use Ashby and recruiting tools to stay organized and on track.
• Support multiple functions within OpenAI’s recruiting team.
• Handle high-volume global scheduling of interviews (phone, video, onsite).
• Maintain updates to candidates on status and build stakeholder relationships.
