ATLANTICUS is seeking a Contract Recruiter / Sourcing Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. You will source candidates, post and manage job requisitions, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records in the ATS.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with 2+ years in recruiting or HR support, proficient in scheduling, and experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools. This contract role offers a hybrid work arrangement across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or HR support experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and initial candidate engagement.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.
