Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role is fully remote and focuses on planning, execution, and closing of construction projects while coordinating documentation and communications across distributed teams.

You will track schedules, budgets, and resources, ensure timely admin tasks, and work with subcontractors, clients, and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating construction projects and admin tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate contracts, permits, blueprints, and progress reports.
• Facilitate remote communication among internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
• Track progress, identify delays, and escalate issues.
• Distribute project information to stakeholders and ensure timely admin tasks.
