20four7VA is urgently seeking offshore independent contractors for a remote Construction Project Operations Coordinator role supporting a New York State program. The contract focuses on project tracking, work-order coordination, state submissions, CRM accuracy, and closeout for payment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or project management.
• Construction or home-services background preferred.
• Experience reviewing contracts, scopes, or work orders.
• CRM experience required.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
• Ability to track multiple active projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review active projects to determine status and next steps.
• Identify delayed projects and missing actions.
• Review contracts, approvals, and supporting information.
• Generate tasks for internal team members.
• Monitor assignments and follow up on delays.
• Maintain visibility into progress and escalate issues.
• Enter and update project information in the state program platform.
