20four7VA seeks a Construction Project Operations Coordinator to support a New York-based energy-efficiency and retrofit contractor. This remote role focuses on project tracking, work-order coordination, state submissions, CRM accuracy, and closeout for payment.

The ideal candidate has strong operations or project coordination background, construction experience preferred, and excellent English communication. Contracted hours: 40 per week, EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Senior/advanced level experience in business support or operations.
• Construction or home-services experience highly preferred.
• Experience reviewing contracts, scopes, work orders, or project documentation.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review active projects and determine status and next steps.
• Create tasks and monitor progress across the team.
• Enter and update project details in the NY state program.
• Maintain CRM records and documentation accuracy.
• Close out projects with required materials and approvals.
