Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Construction team in Austin, TX. This role supports project managers and directors, tracks schedules and budgets, and maintains meticulous project records from start to finish.

The position involves coordinating communications among consultants, contractors, and LV teams, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with monthly reports and site documentation. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers, Construction Managers and Directors in the coordination of multiple active construction projects
• Assist with tracking project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
• Maintain organized project files, logs, and documentation throughout all phases of construction
• Coordinate internal and external communications between consultants, contractors, and internal LV teams
• Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items to project teams
• Assist with preparation of monthly project reports and site visit documentation
• Help track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Assist with document control, including drawings, contracts, and consultant deliverables
• Support progress tracking for architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Assist with coordination of inspections, permits, and approvals as needed
• Facilitate punch-list functions, commissioning and property management integration nearing the latter stages of construction
• Help identify potential scheduling or scope conflicts and flag issues for senior team members
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
• Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
