Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years in planning, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project. Strong communication and remote-work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
• Experience working in a remote team environment and managing distributed communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive construction project schedules using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather information for planning and scheduling activities.
• Analyze project plans and identify potential risks, delays, and resource conflicts, proposing solutions.
• Prepare regular progress reports, schedule updates, and forecasting for project stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assist in the tendering process by providing detailed scheduling and planning input.
