Qualifications

• Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and relate with diverse roles.
• Proficient in MS Office; Spectrum software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Attend and contribute to project discovery meetings.
• Manage project information and keep it organized.
• Solicit and qualify subcontractor bids for PM review.
• Source, price and order material, equipment, and labor.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Arrange and book Field Team travel.
• Ensure field documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review daily field reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist PM with job turnover.
• Review and approve final costs and invoices.
• Ensure final invoices and lien waivers are received on time.
• Participate on special committees or projects as needed.
