Remote Raven in the United States is seeking a fast, precise Project Coordinator to manage multiple restoration and construction jobs from startup to closeout. You will track progress in Alby and Excel, communicate with clients, and keep data accurate and current across spreadsheets and our job management system.

The role requires sharp written and spoken English, the ability to juggle priorities under pressure, and a self-starter attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in restoration/construction or closely related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and ability to build detailed spreadsheets.
• Full Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, Outlook, Teams used daily.
• Experience with job management or project-tracking software.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A self-starter who can take initiative without direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active restoration and construction jobs in Alby and spreadsheets.
• Keep job data current and organized across systems.
• Monitor progress and address delays to keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field crews to meet milestones.
• Make outbound calls to clients and field personnel for updates.
• Handle inbound client inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Produce documentation and reports using Microsoft Office.
