Job summary

BCI Acrylic Inc. is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support our Production Team by coordinating remodeling projects across the United States, ensuring timely scheduling and delivering an excellent client experience.

This remote role requires 2+ years of experience in remote coordination, strong written and spoken English, and proficiency with CRMs and project management software. You will work with Sales, Production, and Installation teams to keep projects on track and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in remote project coordination or related roles.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and teams.
• Maintain communication with clients, installers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Order materials and monitor delivery timelines.
• Process project documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with financing paperwork and project documentation.
• Collect and record customer payments.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and project issues proactively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain records within CRM and project management systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Installation teams.
