Job summary

Remote Raven is hiring a Permitting Coordinator for a fully remote, full-time role within a fast-growing US roofing group. You will own permit acquisition, compliance, and coordination across multiple jurisdictions, serving as the liaison between municipalities, homeowners, and internal teams.

You will maintain tracking systems, push applications forward, schedule inspections, and ensure timely renewals. A strong eye for detail and fluency in English are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on permit coordination or regulatory compliance experience.
• Familiarity with local/state permitting systems and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple items and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong tracking skills with a personal tracker and formulas.
• Confident communication with public officials in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage permit applications through submission and follow-up.
• Track open permits, renewals, inspections, and compliance across brands.
• Liaise with municipalities, project managers, and contractors.
• Verify licenses, insurance, and bonds for submissions.
• Maintain accurate permit records and prepare regulatory reports.
