Job summary

The Absolute is seeking a Remote Project Manager/Project Coordinator to oversee projects in a fully remote role. You will be responsible for building structured plans, tracking tasks, and ensuring organizational efficiency across active projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, be proactive in their approach, and possess strong communication skills. This position offers flexibility and the potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tasks for construction support.
• Strong organizational skills and proactivity in managing tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional languages as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build weekly plans and daily task lists for active projects.
• Track open items, deadlines, and owner decisions.
• Support permitting/document coordination and ensure project organization.

Skills

Construction admin/coordination or PM support experience

Highly proactive and organized

Ability to overlap with Eastern Time for meetings

English proficiency

JobTread or Buildertrend experience

Experience supporting a residential builder or small GC
