The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position allows for remote work flexibility within states where the firm has offices.

Qualifications

• One year of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or similar analyst experience).
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Proven stability and calm demeanor with the ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exemplary client service to all internal and external clients.
• Respond to lawyer and staff requests to perform conflicts of interest searches.
• Review information submitted by lawyers for completeness and accuracy.
