Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking an experienced Compliance (Conflicts) Analyst to join our US team. You will conduct conflict‑of‑interest research, review matter intake, and identify potential issues for attorney review, while working remotely from any office state as needed.

The role requires a self‑starter with excellent research, strong organization, and meticulous attention to detail, able to exercise discretion and independent judgment daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of conflicts or legal assistant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; international exposure a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflicts of interest searches and reviews for lawyers and staff.
• Analyze and summarize conflict reports; communicate potential conflicts to lawyers.
• Research corporate histories and affiliations using various sources.
• Utilize conflicts database with sound judgment to design effective searches.
• Collaborate with Compliance Lawyers to ensure accurate workflows.
• Safeguard confidential information and exercise discretion in all duties.
• Support knowledge of Global Practice Standards and related policies.
