Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of conflicts or legal assistant experience required.
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills; exposure to international business is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn law and conflict-of-interest fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide conflicts checks using designated databases and searches.
• Review information submitted by lawyers and staff for accuracy.
• Research corporate histories and affiliations to identify potential conflicts.
• Summarize conflict basis and communicate findings to assigned lawyers.
• Collaborate with Compliance Lawyers to ensure accurate workflow.
• Protect confidentiality of firm information and exercise discretion.
