• Proven stability, calm demeanor, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to lawyer and staff requests to perform conflicts of interest searches.
• Review information submitted for completion and accuracy; follow-up as needed.
• Research corporate history of clients and parties; verify affiliations.
• Use Boolean searches to query conflicts databases and design effective queries.
• Summarize potential conflicts and communicate findings to assigned lawyers.
