Qualifications

• One year of conflicts or legal assistant experience required.
• Willingness to learn law and fundamental principles regarding conflict of interest issues.
• Ability to keep confidential any information regarding firm business matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict-of-interest research and analysis.
• Perform corporate and database research for potential issues.
• Communicate potential conflicts to assigned Compliance Lawyers.
