Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge or in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for ski and snowboard school guests and internal support needs with concierge-level service.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including booking support and routing.
• Manage guest records, payments, and order fulfillment with attention to accuracy.
• Monitor daily operations, identify service risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products and policies for guest and team guidance.
