Qualifikationen

• Experience as a concierge or in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service and build trust with premium guests.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage guests, partners, and act as single point of contact from booking through departure.
• High attention to detail and standards to ensure flawless delivery.
• Remote role; preferred location within a commutable distance to Vail and Beaver Creek.
• Experience working remotely and navigating multiple technology platforms.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for ski and snowboard school guests, instructors, and internal support needs; provide concierge-level service via phone, email, text, and in-person.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including booking support and routing.
• Manage workflows, tracking tools, and guest records for accuracy and continuity of service.
• Monitor daily operations, identify risks and guest concerns, escalate issues as needed.
• Process POS transactions, manage guest profiles, payments, adjustments, exchanges, and orders.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products, policies, and Ski & Snowboard School operations for guests and team members.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, high-performing work environment through daily operational support and adherence to policies.
• Demonstrate flexibility and team-first mindset; support evolving business needs.
