Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role helps build a brand-new function responsible for configurable reports enabling Mark43 to expand into new markets and jurisdictions, aligning with state and agency reporting requirements.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, develop reporting forms and workflows, and write

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers to identify product improvements.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and JSON to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
