Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role will help shape a brand-new function responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and support customers in new jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, develop forms and workflows, and write scripts in

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customer reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team that will play a key role in Mark43's continued growth.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to make compliance reporting easier to build, maintain, and scale.
