Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role will help shape a brand new function responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and meet state and agency-specific requirements.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable solutions, develop forms/workflows, and write scripts in JavaScript

Qualifications

Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
Strong ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent collaboration across Engineering, Product, Customer Success and other teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvements.
Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
Improve internal documentation and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
