Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role will help build a brand-new team responsible for configurable reports, enabling Mark43 to expand into new markets and jurisdictions.

You will work across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, using JavaScript and JSON to configure forms and workflows that meet state and agency

Qualifications

Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
Experience working with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

Built and configured reporting forms that satisfy state-specific compliance requirements for new jurisdictions.
Partnered with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable solutions.
Developed configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers and identify product improvements.
Helped establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
