Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. You will help shape a brand new team responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and support customers in new jurisdictions.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, develop configurable forms and workflows, and write scripts in

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build configurable reports to meet state- and agency-specific requirements.
• Partner with CS, Solutions Eng, Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Create and maintain scripts for form configuration and automation.
• Document internal processes and tooling for compliance reporting.
