Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help build a brand-new team focused on configurable reports for expanding into new markets and jurisdictions. The role will support state and agency-specific reporting requirements while collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript or JSON.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Eng., Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and suggest product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new team enabling growth.
• Wrote and maintained scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal docs and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
