• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvements.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand-new team.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to simplify compliance reporting build, maintenance, and scaling.
