Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help shape a brand-new team building configurable reports that enable expansion into new jurisdictions. You will work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and public safety to ensure our platform meets state and agency reporting needs.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting requirements into scalable solutions, develop forms and workflows, and write

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting/configuration technologies such as JavaScript and JSON.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges with customers.
• Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a brand new team.
• Write and maintain scripts to support form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
